Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
How to Exercise Your Right

Send us a clear statement (e.g. e-mail or letter) about your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for this refund.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires if we have begun providing the digital services before the withdrawal period has expired, after you have (i) expressly agreed to us starting the contract execution before the withdrawal period ends, and (ii) confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has started.
